Hannah brings so much joy and creativity to each yoga class she teaches. Whether its working on grounding, or taking flight, each class has been carefully constructed for the student to benefit the most. I leave each of Hannah’s classes feeling excited, refreshed, and more prepared to tackle any challenges that come my way.
I was dealing with a rather significant health crisis in my family. Unknowingly, I had shut myself down emotionally so that I could just deal with the crisis. I went to a session with Hannah after a specifically challenging time. She helped me tap into the emotions that I was suppressing and allow them to flow out of me. I had held onto my fear and it had been blocking my ability to connect to others around me. Our session allowed for me to tap into that fear but also empowered me to face the fear so that I would be more available to my loved one who needed my full presence during this challenging time. Hannah’s steady presence and empathy allowed me to feel safe and free to explore what was going on in me.
I’ve taken yoga classes occassionally over the past few years, but it wasn’t until I started taking Hannah’s classes that I truly enjoyed yoga. Hannah has gotten me hooked! Her approach is challenging and engaging. She encourages her students to go beyond the physical aspects of the practice and really think about how the mind and body are connected. She ensures that her students are comfortable and getting the most out of their yoga practice. Hannah is such a warm and inviting individual. I would recommend her classes to anyone from beginner to advanced yogis.
